Included in Fees
Water, Electricity & WiFi
- Electricity levy of R3135 (R285.00 x 11 months).
- This fee covers the diesel and running costs of two generators serving the Academia premises.
- This amount is refundable, partially or in full, in terms of the provisions of paragraph 7.2 of the Schedule to the Lease Agreement.
- Access to the Stellenbosch University uncapped WiFi / free data. Excludes once-off device registration fee charged by the University.
